IT NEUTRALIZES BACTERIA AND INACTIVATES VIRUS
Thanks to its properties, ozone eliminates over 99.00% of bacteria, moulds, fungi, yeasts,
pollen and mites and also makes viruses inactive. Its function is to reduce the microbial
load present in the air, water and surfaces.
IT REMOVES BAD SMELLS
Ozone eliminates unpleasant smells of smoke, food, perspiration, decomposition and
mould. Ozone molecules attack and neutralize the particles that cause bad odours,
leaving in their place a pleasant feeling of cleanliness and regenerated air.
NATURAL
Ozone is a naturally occurring gas made up of three atoms of oxygen (o3). It is produced
in the stratosphere where it is formed by the action of ultraviolet light and electrical
discharges of lightning. Ozone is an unstable gas that decay into ordinary oxygen in a
short time and, therefore, it is not harmful to the environment.
ECOLOGICAL
It perfectly disinfects without the need for chemical additives, but only exploiting its
natural oxidizing power. Once the treatment is finished, the ozone is converted back into
oxygen without leaving any toxic or chemical residue.
EFFECTIVE
It is known to be the most effective disinfectant against allergen and pathogen agents
present in the air and water. Being a gas heavier than air, it diffuses extensively into the
environments, reaching all the hidden points where bacteria settle.

Despite being a gas, ozone is not flammable, abrasive or explosive. It does not damage

Drug Administration has defined it as a “GRAS (Generally recognized As Safe)” agent.
In Italy, with protocol No. 24482 of 31/07/1996, the ozone sanitization system has been
recognized as a natural garrison for the sterilization of environments contaminated by
bacteria, viruses, spores, etc.” by the Ministry of Health and “disinfectant and fumigate
agent in the treatment of air and water” with CNSA of 27th october 2010.
